Stop wasting your money on camps that don’t move the needle for your recruitment. Every camp is NOT created equal. Before you pay, ask yourself: Are there real college coaches there? Is there media coverage and exposure? Is the price actually reasonable? And most importantly… is that school even interested in YOU? Too many athletes are spending hundreds just to get another T-shirt and stand in line. Be smart with your time, your money, and your opportunities. Go where you’re wanted. Go where you can be seen. Go where you actually have a chance to build relationships and improve your recruitment. 🎯

This is just sad for real for real!!! The most jealousy always comes from those closest to you and I know you’re the most!!! Make sure you’re moving in a way that protects you and your family. Now that you’re on a different level!!!🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

Day 3 of chasing these 60 and over world records in the 200 and 400m with my pops. 💨🔥 We ain’t just out here working out for fun… we coming for history. Every rep, every sprint, every tired morning got a purpose behind it. Watching him attack this journey at 61 years old has been motivating me just as much as I’m pushing him.
