@CoventryBS my husband and I have been trying to contact Coventry since 5th January, it automatically goes to request a call back after so long of being on hold. We never get called back. We urgently need to speak to them.

@CrossCountryUK So it's been over 7 weeks now since I requested a refund for my taxi after being stranded 32 miles away from home after no other option to get me home safe. No reply no contact I want my refund or I will take this further. Not good enough

@CrossCountryUK none of the information regarding buses to Derby where relaid to passengers I needed to get to Burton and had no choice but to get a taxi which cost me £80. I asked numerous people about buses and nobody knew. A 3 hour journey took 6 and a half hours!!!!! Fuming
@PayItMonthly absolutely shocking I lost my job, not my fault after signing up to a course to increase my position. I literally can only afford my mortgage and as huge pay cut just to survive and they are threatening me with CCJ and even though I have offered £30 they want £50
@BeaconFTLtd Absolute disgrace, I lost my job not long after setting up monthly payments. I emailed them saying I need to cancel as I can only afford to keep a roof over our head I now have the company they use threatening me legal action. They refuse to help

@WestMidRailway the handling of this situation has been an absolute farce. No one knew what the hell was going on, no buses to places like Burton, Derby, I had to spend £80 on a taxi to get me home. A 3 hour trip from Reigate took me 6 hours with absolutely no help from you.
@TheRAC_UK shame on you a friend of ours a woman with two small children broken down called you 4 hours ago and still waiting in central Nottingham. Disgusting and not the first time this has happened to someone I know. Rescue her now!!
