@Zopa Hi folks. I'm rather surprised to get an email from you confirming that my "ISA certificate of interest" is correct and fine to use for my tax return. And you've corrected the amount reported to HMRC. Which for an ISA of course is zero taxable interest. What's going on?

@Zopa I was told I couldn’t be transferred to the correct department because they’re all out on their end of year party. A bit frustrating for customers like myself who need to actually speak to someone today urgently..! I don’t begrudge a party but surely you have staff working?

made the mistake of moving banks to @Zopa and now they've lost £100 of my money and don't know where it is and just keep putting me on hold and not helping. don't make the mistake of moving to their bank.

@Tjp040593 When you open a Biscuit account with us, we'll run a quick soft credit check in the background. Whether it shows on your credit file depends on which provider you use to check your score — some don’t display soft checks. But not to worry, it won’t affect your credit rating 🙂
@richarddjasper Hi there. You can see your loan balance in the Zopa app by tapping your loan on the home screen. If you're looking for a settlement amount, head to ‘Manage your loan’ and select ‘Get a settlement quote’. Any issues, just drop us a DM 💬
@io_dal Hi there. With Biscuit, you’ll earn 2% cashback on up to £1,500 of Direct Debits per year — so if your mortgage is paid by Direct Debit, you’ll be eligible for cashback on it up to that threshold 🙂

@No1Bung1e Hi there. Like most UK banks, our cards are sent by Royal Mail First Class and aren’t tracked, as they can’t be used until they're activated – so there’s no risk if they’re delayed. They usually arrive within 2–3 working days 😊

@Zopa Hello, I have nothing to do with the service “Zopa” but recently on my debit card account with another company I have been getting £1 and £5 charges.
