A lot of Taiwanese both pro and anti-reunification are just so...anxious about the issue. It seems like people are either completely checked out about the China question or in fight or flight mode. What if the best way to deal with the cross-straits dilemma is to stay engaged and curious? To learn and have conversations that might lead to some A-ha moments and serendipitous connections? This is why I am starting a Chinese Cinema Club in Taipei. Did you know that only ten Chinese movies are given a license to be released in Taiwan in any given year? It's chosen by lottery, and last year the BIGGEST hit of Chinese cinema EVER, Nezha 2, was not given a license. 我觉着吧就是中国收复台湾有个阻碍就是收回来了之后拿上面的反贼和日裔们怎么办，从香港经验来看就是很难处理，后来英国人把他们接走了才好点。所以其实有个三方得利的事，就是日本人给台湾人身份，一举解决了日本年轻人少，台湾人爱日本而不得，中国人烦台湾日裔三件事，现在的问题是为什么日本不干。
