@AskUSBank Thank you for your concern Ray, I appreciate it. The 1st level rep I spoke to indicated wait times have been bad since the new year so it seems more a case of bad resource planning. I’m sure State Farm aren’t thrilled either about your customer service unresponsiveness.

@AskUSBank I removed a credit freeze I had before reapplying for a State Farm credit card. I was told the phone wait was at least 1-2+ hours with no call back option. If you really want customers how about employing more staff.
