Eugenol (the main compound in clove bud water) is amazing for histamine and allergies. But for those with MCAD or MCAS, it can also greatly reduce the histamine in high-histamine foods, and that is a game-changer! Eugenol is the powerful active ingredient found in clove bud water. Research shows it mostly helps calm histamine rather than increase it. Eugenol stabilizes mast cells and reduces histamine release: In laboratory studies, eugenol prevented mast cells from releasing histamine when triggered. It lowered blood histamine levels and even completely prevented severe allergic reactions. A related compound also lowered the activity of the enzyme that makes histamine. This story is beyond!!! This man spent 3 full months living up in the mountains on pure blind faith. No maps. No records. No help. He hunted down the hidden springs, then located and repaired a ONE MILE LONG buried galvanized pipe that ran through brutal terrain… under a river, under a road, and buried 20+ feet deep in places.
