@FischerKing64 The difference between the mafia and government in terms of “ensuring order” is Equal Justice. That is essential or all order is tyranny.

The fundamental role of government at all levels is to ensure order. No street attacks, no stealing in stores or swarm robberies, no graffiti or broken windows. If government is just good at this basic thing, just about everything else will be ok. And the left doesn’t want this.

I live near a tiny, oddly convenient airport that only had Spirit flights. With Spirit winding down today, those routes are gone. Have to always go to the larger, farther airports now. Rough day for all the workers at that airport, too.
Elizabeth Warren@SenWarren

I've warned for months that a @JetBlue-@SpiritAirlines merger would have led to fewer flights and higher fares. @JusticeATR and @USDOT were right to stand up for consumers and fight against runaway airline consolidation. This is a Biden win for flyers! apnews.com/article/jetblu…

@ianbremmer The US would benefit from a combo of 1) higher compensation for Congress and Cabinet members combined with 2) strict limits on trading and single-stock investing while in office.

‘Conservatives’ have to realize that extreme disparities of wealth are just not good. It doesn’t matter if you can say ‘but everyone is doing better.’ People just think they’re not doing as well as someone else. You hold this in check for stability.

We are drifting into a situation from the Fritz Lang film Metropolis. Private property is the cornerstone of a capitalist society. But if it tilts so far that a few people own everything, and the masses are stuck in debt slavery - it’s a disaster, a recipe for revolution.

World, Sam Altman's digital identity project, just unveiled World ID 4.0, what the company calls "full-stack proof of human" infrastructure. The partner list: Tinder, Zoom, DocuSign, Shopify, Okta, AWS, and Vercel. Altman opened by saying we're heading to a world where AI generates more content than humans. Pantera Capital says we've already crossed that threshold. World's answer is an iris-scanning device called the Orb that creates a unique cryptographic ID proving you're a real person. 18 million people across 160 countries have already verified. Tinder is rolling out "verified human" badges in the U.S. after a Japan pilot. Zoom built a feature called "Deep Face" that verifies the person on a video call isn't a deepfake. DocuSign is adding proof-of-human checks to digital signatures. Shopify is enabling verified-human commerce. The most significant announcement is AgentKit, infrastructure that lets AI agents carry cryptographic proof they're acting on behalf of a verified human. Okta built an agent delegation system on top of it. The problem World is solving is real. The question is whether a centralized iris-scanning identity layer controlled by the same person whose company helped create the problem is the right answer. Altman is the CEO of OpenAI. He built the flood. Now he's selling the ark.

The warrior class is disintegrating worldwide. It started with the defund the police movement in the U.S. No one wants to wear a badge anymore. Why would you? Do your job, get labeled a criminal. Look at Daniel Penny, a man who stopped a threat and got rewarded with a prosecution. Who protects the community after that? No one. And everyone knows it. People remember unjust consequences. They adjust their behavior accordingly. Now we're watching military heroes across the world get prosecuted for doing exactly what their country trained and ordered them to do, find the enemy and destroy them. You think this ends well? I'll tell you how it ends, a draft, Forced service, a generation of "soldiers" more afraid of their own government than the enemy in front of them. No one in their right mind is going to volunteer for that.

Iran Comes Out of the Corner By not responding to the call for peace negotiations, Iran has made its position clear: the Strait will not be reopened and no one is close to a deal. This stance is much firmer and more resolute than what we had been observing until now. Iran has come out of the corner and once again placed the pressure of shortages and inflation squarely on Trump’s shoulders, after he had enjoyed a more comfortable position for the past few days. Now the question is who can withstand more pressure: Now the question is who can withstand more pressure: Iran, unable to sell its oil and completely dependent on Chinese loans, or Trump, who is being squeezed by the markets, his allies, and inflation that is eroding his political capital as an election approaches?

American boys have been receiving stimulants - ADHD drugs - in larger and larger numbers since the 1980s. Basically female elementary school teachers medicalized normal boys so they could stay off tranquilizers/therapy themselves. In future we will have studies on the damage.

This lost demonic soul, Laura Loomer needs Jesus. But the sad reality is that President Trump takes her hate filled demonic advice on late night phone calls. And look at his actions, he is raging in war that she and others demand. Hate is murder. And a murderer has no eternal life residing in them. The apostle John tells us in John 3:16: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” God does not hate Candace Owens, he loves her dearly. And Jesus died so that even Laura Loomer, if she were to repent and believe and walk in obedient faith in Christ, cans be forgiven and have eternal life.

Gamblers have started operating more and more openly in wars, and this trend is set to grow even further What still intrigues me a lot is the publication by the spokesman of the Iranian parliament, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, on April 18. As the chief negotiator of the Iranian team, he waited until the markets closed to deny President Trump, rejecting any negotiations and accusing the news of being “fake news” to manipulate oil prices and financial assets. That seemed to be exactly his role. Several moves in this war are clearly linked to market manipulation. On March 23, approximately US$ 580 million in oil futures contracts (Brent and WTI) were traded about 15 minutes before Trump announced the pause in the attacks. The perfect timing suggests that insiders knew the exact moment of the presidential posts on Truth Social to ride the volatility. Congressman Ritchie Torres described this as “potentially one of the largest instances of insider trading in history,” given the precision and volume of the bets. The episodes repeated shamelessly: March 9: massive bets anticipated by 47 minutes Trump’s statement that the war was over, profiting from a 25% drop in prices; April 7: US$ 950 million were bet a few hours before the ceasefire announcement; April 17: US$ 760 million were traded 20 minutes before the official reopening of the Strait of Hormuz. Months earlier, in January 2026, an anonymous user made more than US$ 400 thousand on Polymarket by betting on Maduro’s fall/capture just days before the American operation on January 3. The surgical precision of these bets led the U.S. Senate and the CFTC to investigate possible leaks of classified information from the White House. This phenomenon is not new. At the beginning of the First World War, foreign investors (mainly British) sold off massive amounts of assets, about US$ 3 billion at the time, with advance information, forcing the New York Stock Exchange to close for four months. The most bizarre case I know of happened in Ukraine in 2025, when an employee of the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) was fired after making unauthorized changes to combat maps to influence bets on Polymarket. Users had bet US$ 1.3 million on the fall of Marinka based on those manipulated maps. Ukraine itself blocked the platform in 2026 due to concerns about bets linked to the conflict and possible use of insider information. Even in the 9/11 attacks there were suspicious moves, with the volume of put options on United and American Airlines stocks reaching 25 times the normal average. This makes me believe that even Al Qaeda may have taken advantage of the market, although official investigations never led anywhere. However, this has been growing at an alarming rate in recent years. In another recent and recurring scheme discovered by Cyabra and Logically, bot accounts spread false rumors of a ceasefire in Gaza across Instagram profiles and Telegram groups. This immediately drove down the prices of defense stocks and oil; those behind the rumors would then buy at the lows and profit once the news was debunked hours later. Gambling is going way beyond what we imagined. In the case of the war with Iran, I have strong suspicions that it’s not happening only on the American side. I’m making this post to show how important it is to follow the geopolitical scenario closely. Certain statements, the absence of official announcements, or short, strange movements are so unlikely given the context that they should immediately raise a red flag for possible manipulation. This is vital for those investing their own money and even for public officials who deal directly with the consequences of conflicts. This is not going to stop. On the contrary, it will intensify along with the growth of gambling around the world. Join my Substack: open.substack.com/pub/global21
