Today, the UK stands with Rwanda in solemn remembrance of the victims of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi. We honour their memory and pay tribute to the strength and resilience of survivors. Remember - Unite - Renew #Kwibuka32

The 🇬🇧UK‑funded SPARC project supported the: 📘 School Data Management System to be rolled out in 2,400+ schools. 💸 Digitalisation of 400+ SACCOs to deliver quick, secure services that power #Rwanda’s development! 🚀✨ It was great to see the impact in @rulindodistrict.

Through our 🇬🇧‑funded programme with DAI, we’ve supported Rwanda🇷🇼 to strengthen property tax systems enabling better delivery of education, health and infrastructure. We’ve also helped enhance the #Imihigo performance system for real impact and better services for citizens.

@FlyRwandAir @FlyRwandAir - still not resolved: compensation for a cancelled LHR–KGL flight was approved on 21/01. Both the initial timeframe & a further extension you provided have now passed without payment or update. I have now raised this with the UK CAA. Grateful for urgent resolution.

@FlyRwandAir I’ve had 3 cancelled legs & 1 major delay on your flights in 2026. Compensation for one cancellation was approved on 21/01 with a 30-day processing time. That period has passed & I’ve had no update despite my email follow-ups. Grateful for your assistance.

@FlyRwandAir Thank you. I sent the UK261 compensation claim for arrival in KGL more than 24h after the originally scheduled time to the Rwandair Care team via email. Looking forward to their response. Best wishes.

@FlyRwandAir Flight WB711 London-Kigali was cancelled at short notice tonight due to technical issues. It’s after midnight I have had no communication or email responses regarding my rebooking. Please can someone urgently advise next steps 🙏
