Sometimes we need hard days to know who is family, who is a friend, who is a partner and who is a passenger in our lives.

Over 600 American companies are operating in South Africa… that’s serious global presence. Big names like Google, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, Coca-Cola, and Ford are all active in the country. That tells you something… South Africa is not just local, it is a key hub for global business on the continent.

Shocking! Over 1,000 Talibans to be deported in Democratic Republic of Congo 🇨🇩 The Trump administration is in final stage of sending more than 1,000 Afghans who assisted the U.S. military to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) These individuals former Talibans, special forces members. and other collaborators with the U.S. forces are currently housed at a Reception and Discharge Center in a former U.S. base in Qatar (Camp As Sayliyah) while their applications for resettlement in the United States are pending! Approximately 1,100 of these former Afghan allies have been offered "voluntary resettlement" options, including relocation to the DRC.

Something wild happened in Benue State, Nigeria… and people are still trying to process it. A mortician named Amaobi was reportedly seen walking around with a hum.@n l£g as a walking stick… even took it to a nearby shop. That alone triggered instant outrage, and locals stepped in and got him arrested. When questioned, he said it was a “demonstration” to get government attention over 18 b0d!es allegedly left in his m0rgue for a long time. But let’s be real… that explanation is not sitting right with people at all.

Yesterday, Thursday 23rd May, after meeting with His Excellency the Governor Bala of Bauchi State, I proceeded to Madarasatu Intisharu Islam Qismu in Bauchi, where I had visited in the past and supported them with the sum of 5million naira to provide chairs and other items for the school. On visiting yesterday, and seeing improvements that have been achieved and how enthusiastic the children are, I was glad and gave them another sum of 5million to support the scholarship of indigent students. We must invest in the lives of these children for our own future and for the progress of the country. A new Nigeria is POssible.-PO

Still in Bauchi State. As part of my itinerary in Bauchi state yesterday Thursday 23rd, 2026, after visiting, Madarasatu Intisharul Islam Qismu Tahfizul, Qur'an, Yelwa, I visited Malikiya College of Nursing Sciences, Bauchi. I had visited the institution in the past and donated 10 million naira which they used to set up their ICT computer centre, which I was impressed to see alongside their increased student intake. During my visit, I donated another 10million naira. Health is critical for development and we must invest in the human infrastructure needed for that development. A new Nigeria is POsssible. -PO

But why? Why do South Africans attack Nigerians and other Africans? This is exactly why Africa will never become a union with global power. Diversity is not a weakness, it's a strength and something to be proud of. Every African should be able to travel to another African nation without fear. Look at the EU countries. Also, Afrikaners should live peacefully, there's no need to harm them or take their properties. They have lived there for generations and have the right to stay. #Africa #SouthAfrica #afrikaners

Namibia has made it clear again. Starlink cannot operate unless it follows local ownership laws. The government rejected the licence because the company is 100% foreign-owned, while the law requires at least 51% local ownership in telecom businesses. And here’s the key point… this is not about Elon Musk personally. It’s part of a broader policy to ensure locals benefit and maintain control in critical sectors. So if Starlink wants in, it must partner locally or restructure ownership.

Nigeria has recorded a new COVID-19 case involving a Chinese national. Authorities believe the infection was contracted within the country, not imported. The Cross River State Ministry of Health is already tracing contacts to contain any possible spread. Early detection and quick response matter most in situations like this.
