@stillmoore Ok this is actually something I harp on the residents all the time. If I had a dollar for every time a resident missed cardiogenic shock because they didn’t feel the patient’s feet and lied to me about it I’d have a couple dollars.

I had a dream I was a resident and was on wards trying to teach my med student the importance of being *really* observant in your physical exam. I kept pushing him to go beyond edema and *really* look at our patient’s feet. Not sure what I was getting at 😂

I absolutely cannot hit anything off the tee except for short and mid irons. It has to be mostly mental at this point, but I don’t know how to fix it. It’s driving (pun intended) me up a freaking wall.
