@jhamblin66 @honeymoon250 That was never ever allowed in my house. You were at the dinner table, no matter what with clean hands. That’s if you hadn’t been in the house and got roped into helping with something like make a salad slice some tomatoes and we always had to set the table.

@honeymoon250 Well if you were young and missed supper because you were out fucking around. You figured out how to survive. Mom kept a eye so you didn’t burn her kitchen down :)

@honeymoon250 @RealDealAxelrod Hell, I was just cooking over an open fire outdoors, most of my childhood. During the summer, we spent two weekends a month camping somewhere.

@honeymoon250 @RealDealAxelrod Both my parents mom was my Cub Scout 10 L. Dad was my Boy Scout master. Mom taught me to cook from the time I could scoop cookie dough onto a cookie sheet. I was making scratch carrot cakes by the time I was 12.
