One think I respect president Museveni for is he has a gift and is an expert in spotting talent, skills and brains, he knew this guy could handle the task that's why he was elevated to that position, his submission to the committee of Parliament today should close the sovereignty bill move immediately, as the boss of the money said, it is a bad bill that will make the Uganda currency and economy crush 👌

Before South Sudan handed over the construction roads worth $2.3 billion to Shamrock Global Group, US had submitted her interest in mining and constructing roads but with two conditions. US wanted transparency and security which Juba didn't like especially transparency (public participation) since corruption is the order of the day. Now the minister of finance went to Washington DC and made an agreement of handing over mining contracts to the same US that Juba failed to fulfil her demands. The same contracts that were awarded to Shamrock Global Group, a South African company to construct roads. Unless clauses in the agreement with Shamrock Global Group say otherwise, South Sudan could be shooting herself in the foot.
