@ehelpmann 1/2 oz. mounted on the fan. 4x 1oz. 2oz. as my CD lid picker upper and the Kilo bathed in magnetism and power. The Patina is building beautifully on the Queen to match the obverse which is months ahead. Cleaning is far more difficult!

This is how far I got with regular #Silver de-tarnish (baking soda, salt), acetone bath, and soap bath... Next step is ammonia...

@Freedom_73X Nasty stuff. I stay with Japan and Korea if choosing foodstuffs from overseas. They have stringent standards. The photo has to be accurate of the item inside. We get dog food in the USA.

First time eggs in the Instapot. I cannot believe I peeled all seven without damage. Also a first. The yolks are on top so Deviled eggs will be more like cups.

@Seabee133Bravo @SilverDegen I am using a new 500gm analytical balance. It seems accurate. I have a decent set of weights. These are my first tests with this unit. I have used scales at work and college for decades. Pretty sure this one is fine. But it only weighs. They passed the magnet test.

@DSeebeck @SilverDegen Is your scale properly calibrated? I weigh and check everything on a Sigma.

I noticed a slight discrepancy when I decided to weigh stuff this morning.

Different portraits. I will need to test the 1oz/Ten ounce bars I purchased. Perhaps they are simply mismarked not fakes. They have a more basic/less refined feel, look and sound versus the others.

@miles_commodore I have a Wolfman Jack story. My old roomate (80's) was a radio jock. News and stuff. He took a ride in a limo with the Wolfman once. And he took one hit of the Wolfmans weed. Yes, that was the end of the story.

@CaryKelly11 I love cheese curds. My friend the CheeseHead (Wisc) told me the squeakier they are the fresher they are. I have been to the Tillamook Creamery many times and they give out samples of them. The ice cream is a top favorite.

Not sure how it's possible but I like cheese curds better than regular cheddar. If you don't know, curds are basically the veal of cheddar. It's juvenile cheddar before it ages, grows up, gets an attitude and moves out. It's much cheaper than aged cheddar and comes in little nuggets of various sizes. Commonly deep fried with a beer batter and I used to eat them in salads or a snack, straight up. They can be addictive though. Recently I learned that they crisp up nicely in a hot buttered skillet. They get crusty on the outside and gooey on the inside. I need more practice at crisping them up, clearly! The bigger ones seem to be the ticket.
