@novaxnomask @TimKoltek @jasonwhitlock Both McCain and Vassel tripped over Hart’s leg. Vassel’s arm in McCain’s neck area when this happened. McCain lurches forward from being tripped up. Vassel is falling at this point. I could make an argument that McCain was attempting to protect himself in the fall
