If Jacksonville would have just let Shad Khan have his way with Lot J, we’d be so much further as a city than we are now.
Jacksonville Jaguars@Jaguars
Introducing One Tower Court, our new business headquarters & Downtown Jacksonville’s first multi-tenant Class-A office building constructed since 2007!
English

@tampa_jag It was all presented to happen simultaneously when we released rendering of the new stadium. The city wasn’t ready to focus on both. I bet they regret it now. So much momentum in the city, that area would Be a prime area in the southeast region by 2028 had we gone through.
English

@DTWD904 We will never know thank goodness. Keep in mind the NFL starts to push teams and cities when stadiums are lacking XY&Z. I just feel the stadium was the bigger issue. Shad and the city can now do something with the fairgrounds etc down the road.
English

@tampa_jag I don’t believe that to be true, why in the world would the owner invest hundreds of millions in a area right next to the stadium just to not obtain a new lease and leave as soon as the project would be completed ?
English

@DTWD904 Honestly I think it worked out because one the Stadium renovations are happening. If Lot J happen Renovations were not happening. Also, the Jaguars have a new lease now. It would have not happen if Lot J happen. This route is better IMO.
English

@ryanmichael @Phezzyyyyy No, Liam Coen was involved in the situation and you asked if we are worried. And I’m saying no because they was probably the best offense in Jaguars history.
English

@DTWD904 @Phezzyyyyy So more team PPG always = better QB play?
English

On a #DUUUVAL note: Doug Pederson helped #TrevorLawrence to a career-high 6.7 ANY/A in 2022—good for 8th in the NFL.
Liam Coen helped him a mark of 6.3 last year—17th in the NFL, below C.J. Stroud (6.4), who did not play well.
Anyone in Jacksonville concerned about this?
English

@PatsBuzz @AdamSchefter You literally will be doing nothing on Wednesday night.
English

@AdamSchefter Opening the season on a Wednesday lmao.
What happened to the game I love.
English

The 2026 NFL regular season will kick off Wednesday Sept. 9 at 8:20 p.m. ET in Seattle with the Super Bowl LX champion Seahawks.
The San Francisco 49ers will face the Los Angeles Rams in the first-ever NFL regular season game in Melbourne, Australia on Thursday, Sept. 10 at approximately 8:35 p.m. ET at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground.

English

@DTWD904 Ooooh someone changed the subject to an insult hahahah
I'll take that as the light bulb went off and now you get the math. You're welcome
San Diego, CA 🇺🇸 English

Jacksonville DID spend 2 1sts (and a 2nd) to get hunter. Count them.
Lets do it together cause I know math is hard.
they gave up 2025 #6 and #39 PLUS 2026 #24 and in return they recieved... Hunter. Thats two 1st rounders and a 2nd for all you mathematicians out there.
N F L@DTWD904
@Bearded_Browns @wockiiano @FBGreatMoments They didn’t *pay* a 2025 1st. They literally exchanged 1st round picks lmao. I hate when people try to spin it like they just gave up a first rounder. They were literally picking 3 spots later.
San Diego, CA 🇺🇸 English

@Bearded_Browns @wockiiano @FBGreatMoments Ohh brother! Lmao. People always try to push a narrative. “Jags gave up 2 1st rounders and a 2nd rounder for Travis Hunter” lmao shut the hell up. They gave up 1 first rounder, 2nd rounder and exchange picks. See now that’s the real truth not the narrative yall wanna run with
English

@DTWD904 @wockiiano @FBGreatMoments Yes but the Jags gave up their first rounder for the next year too genius. Thats 2 first rounders they give up and in the end they came out with Travis Hunter as a result.
Are you being serious rn lol. People can read this you know.
Browns paid their first for Graham, see!
San Diego, CA 🇺🇸 English

So going into the draft that day, the jags had a first round pick and the Browns had a first round pick.
When the day was over, the Jags drafted in the first round and the Browns drafted in the first round. But somehow the Jags *paid* for a player and the Browns didn’t.
See how dumb that sounds
English

@Bearded_Browns You quoted this just to bring more attention to how dumb you sound 😂
English

@Bearded_Browns @wockiiano @FBGreatMoments They didn’t *pay* a 2025 1st. They literally exchanged 1st round picks lmao.
I hate when people try to spin it like they just gave up a first rounder. They were literally picking 3 spots later.
English

@DTWD904 @wockiiano @FBGreatMoments Um because the Jags paid their 2025 1st and second and 2026 1st for him... so... two 1sts AND an second
San Diego, CA 🇺🇸 English

@Bearded_Browns @wockiiano @FBGreatMoments You logic makes no sense. How did he cost 2 first rounders?
English

@wockiiano @FBGreatMoments If you say so. Glad you are ok to have the bar set so low for a guy that cost 2 1st rd picks.

As a Gator fan, I clearly remember the difference in our defense when Ventrell suited up vs when he didn’t.
We just need him 100% healthy and he’s a starting LB in this league.
Jordan de Lugo@jordandelugo
After re-watching every Ventrell Miller defensive rep from 2025, I’m very much in on him as a starter. - very clearly understand his assignments - strong communicator - physical thumper down hill - consistent tackler - good blitzer - good zone dropper - better against TEs and RBs 1 on 1 than expected - violent

@crtqcrit @YardLineYoda Surrounded by great guys like Arik, JHA, and Travon. He will be good
English

@YardLineYoda Seems like the worst culture fit imaginable I'd be shocked if Jax was interested
