This is will be a beautiful addition to college basketball next year. - Coaches get unlimited out-of-bounds challenges under 2 minutes. - If the coach's challenge is unsuccessful they lose a timeout. - If they have no timeouts they can still challenge, but losing the challenge results in two free throws and the ball for the other team (coach's aren't going to risk that unless they're willing to lose the game) This is GREAT. Officials can't review out of bounds call unless there's a challenge. The fewer monitor reviews the better.
