@DTuskey @Real_Turley it isn't the number of decisison. it is the number of KEY big decisions, on how she votes. Cases where her choice matters to the outcome, many cases have enough consensus that if she were to deviate it wouldn't matter. But the big important ones that are close she is a rino.

Let's say you have a job which requires you to follow the law and your decisions affect 330 MILLION people. Then you openly admit you live in fear because of your job. Doesn't this mean you are incompetent and should resign or be fired? RESIGN Amy Coney Barrett

So, President Trump gives a prime time address from the White House less than a week ago about China attempting to compromise our elections and yet today, many members of his Cabinet -in charge of leading federal agencies - are touting new accounts on illegal TikTok? Come on.

@KipHenley The issue isn't necessarily the rule. The issue is how inconsistently the rule and penalty is applied. By the letter of the rule, it could literally be called 20 times a round. Granted that there are degrees of severity. But, that shouldn't matter.

I keep thinking im crazy. I want to see what others see but i cant if they dont think a rule was broken. For my eyes its as plain as day he made his swing path clearer by stepping on the grass. Thats a penalty!!! You can only fairly take a stance. This isnt that.

It's not just the FBI. If you ever watch police videos on social media the cops are almost all 100 pounds overweight, shirttails hanging out and breathing like they are seconds away from a heart attack. And that isn't even to mention the arm sleeve tattoos, unshaven and backwards baseball hats.

Fox News accidentally showed you the REAL FBI. Fat slob with man bun? Check Female workforce? Check Chubby, single 30 somethings in sweaters? check Crappy drop ceiling and florescent lighting? check TV with CNN on the wall (oops, at THIS FBI it is always on Fox News!)? check

There’s only one school in the history of not only America, but in the world, that has won a National Championship in both football and basketball since the beginning of the CFP… and that’s Michigan #GoBlue

If you don’t like Rory, that’s fine, but I don’t think he’s performative. Everything about Bryson is a gigantic act.

LOL. What I do is read the language of the the 14th Amendment along with the 130 years of case law precedent. My position is exactly the same as Antonin Scalia. Apparently, he also just lacks intelligence too. This coming from you...an person that doesn't have the guts to use their own name on their X account.

@DTuskey @CSalcedoShow I really think you just lack intelligence. You embrace some words said by some people and can't think logically about all the facts. It's not your fault. Is what it is.

When last the Supreme Court INVENTED a right out of thin air, over 66-million children were slaughtered in the womb. How many deaths will result from these two, in tandem with leftists, ignoring history, facts & original intent to bestow citizenship on the children of criminal foreigners?

Once again you need a lesson on what the phrase "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof" means in reference to the 14th Amendment and birthright citizenship. I think your continual misrepresentation borders on treason 😂😂 "The phrase "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof" in the 14th Amendment means that a person born in the United States must be fully subject to its political and legal authority. It guarantees birthright citizenship to almost everyone born on U.S. soil, excluding only a few specific groups who do not owe full allegiance to the U.S..Under the 14th Amendment adopted in 1868, the phrase limits automatic citizenship to those entirely under U.S. governance by excluding the following:Children of Foreign Diplomats: Ambassadors and foreign ministers hold diplomatic immunity and are subject to the laws of their home country, not the United States.Hostile Occupying Forces: Children born to enemy soldiers during a hostile military occupation of U.S. territory.Historical Native American Exceptions: Originally, Native Americans living on reservations and owing allegiance to their tribal governments were not considered "subject to the jurisdiction" of the U.S.. This was later addressed and largely resolved by the Indian Citizenship Act of 1924.However, as the Supreme Court established in the landmark 1898 case United States v. Wong Kim Ark, this phrase includes the children of immigrants and non-citizens. The court ruled that being "subject to the jurisdiction" merely requires physical presence and being subject to U.S. laws, meaning children born to parents without legal immigration status are still granted automatic birthright citizenship."

@DTuskey @CSalcedoShow Your mental gymnastics is ridiculous. Basic logic eludes you. They defined "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof" as meaning exactly "not subject to a foreign power" in the 1866 Senate discussion. You're a secondary effect of their treason. You believe it because they say it.

@GravityDarkAge @CSalcedoShow No. They were excluded because reservations were considered separate sovereign nations within the borders of the United States. This really isn't that difficult to understand. And you screaming "treason" in every tweet is hilarious.

@DTuskey @CSalcedoShow Your level of ignorance is high. You pretend 1866 Senators excluded Native Americans because they were subject to foreign power, but included every other person on Earth subject to even MORE foreign powers (not in the US). Nonsense. Treason. I am the US government. I am the law.
