The reality that the US has broken up an Iranian-Cartel ring targeting a Canadian politician with death should be the biggest story in Canada.

No Prime Minister, parliament or any single institution can fix Canada to the point where Alberta **might** want to stay, because the problem is structural.
We have a constitution in which the appointed courts are the highest law in the land
We have a bill of rights which can be overruled by government at any time and which is missing key freedoms such as property rights
We have an inbuilt uneven voter per seat structure that is impossible to change
We have an ineffective, unelected and weak senate
We have one province with a veto, the same province which is pillaging Alberta through an equalization process embedded in the constitution.
None of this can be changed without a constitutional conference where 7 provinces representing 50% of the vote agree to the changes.
The chances of that happening are infinitesimally close to zero
Pierre could have supported Alberta on Rogan, but then he needs to cater to the east if he wants any chance of being elected.

Apparently Premier Smith was at a fund raising dinner this week, where she said that the Alberta Independence question will be on a separate ballot in October.
On a separate ice of paper, but still not the only question.
I think that's still not good enough.
There should only be 1 question at the referendum. One asked by the citizens.

@IgorRyltsev Igor, if this is a counter protester with the American flag, please note that in your quote. We are all wondering what this is about.

@Tablesalt13 How can this be revealed and heads don't roll? These inquiries are nothing but entertainment.

@TDieppe The jokes don't even write themselves any longer. There has to be a joint agenda somewhere they all bow down to. This is so insane and no one can be ignorant of what is happening in Nigeria.

King Charles:
"Nigeria has long shown: that people of different faiths can, do, and must live alongside one another, in peace, in harmony and in shared purpose.”
Does he have no idea of the level of persecution of Christians in Nigeria? gbnews.com/royal/king-cha…

That’s a fallacy. Alberta has partial ownership of all federal parks. Therefore, in negotiations with the federal government upon our independence, we will transfer our ownership rights in the federal parks outside Alberta to Canada and retain those embedded within Alberta.

@Arlene1971 Moraine Lake is in federal property. If Alberta were to separate, you'd be a passport to visit Moraine Lake

Right now, wealthy travelers around the world can fly to hospitals in China to get organ transplants within weeks.
These organs don't come from willing donors, but are instead forcibly taken from innocent religious prisoners like the Falun Gong and the Uyghurs. They have been tissue-typed and blood-typed in prisons and camps throughout China—and then are killed to order.
It was a pleasure and an honor to speak recently at @Hillsdale about what's going on in China today.
Hillsdale is an incredible institution that is teaching students the importance of truth, goodness, beauty and the dignity of every human being, created in the image of God.
Utilitarian bioethics—the perverse push for the "greatest good for the greatest number"—is directly undercutting these ideals.
My new book "Killed to Order" breaks down the dangers of utilitarian bioethics which has reached the extreme in China, and is now spreading to the West.
