No offense at all, I’m just trying to understand something. Why do people take pride in working hard manually when a lot of the same work can now be done with AI? I’m not saying it’s a bad thing, and I know the human touch still matters more in many cases, but I’m curious why people still highlight doing things the hard way instead of using more efficient tools. Isn’t working smarter generally better than working harder?

future content will be generated for you in real time based on your micro-attention data in a recursive self improvement loop.

@DVNTYDIGITAL Okay we've also seen a ton of tests stopped after only a short period and a close "race" But looks like you're seeing the same thing with minor changes accounting for massive changes If you've done enough data with thumbs, you know that minor changes barely affect anything

Are AB tests broken right now on YouTube? I've seen this several times, let me know if any of you are seeing the same 1st test: A won, but B and C had a massive difference being just a slight color change which didn't make sense 2nd test: A won again, but I flipped B and C and now C was the massive winner over B with that slight color change A is consistent, but B and C in numerous tests across several videos have come up with drastically different results. B seems to be consistently 5%+/- over C. Let me know if any of you are seeing the same over the last week This COULD be wrong but I've repeated the results. Just be careful out there, make sure you run the test several times and get consistent data before selecting a permanent winner Any YouTube employees see or know anything that might give context?

Finally created a mini app that pulls all the video data automatically, so I no longer have to do it manually when posting on @ThumbnailColors 😅 This should make my job a lot easier now, just need to figure out how to post it on Twitter and Instagram at the same time haha

@ItsEmilySaxton i’ve gone through about 5 titles 😅😅 “I made human 2” “I improved the human body” “I fixed the human body” “the human body sucks, so i fixed it” “i made a BETTER human being” click through rate is decent at 8%, but 100k return viewers and 1000 new viewers IS STUPID

@DVNTYDIGITAL Maybe try a title change. I can't think of a good alt title atm.
