We presented to the media the preliminary findings of the impact assessment of the #Energy Vulnerability Reduction Fund, set up by @GuvernulRMD, with UNDP support. Energy subsidies proved to have strong positive effects on reducing #energypoverty, esp. on the most vulnerable.
