Recruiting is like fishing🎣 You can have the best bait (highlights, measurables, grades, & accolades), perfect spots (camps, combines, high school you attend), but if you don’t cast (send film & resume 🎥) consistently or wait patiently, the fish won’t bite 🤷🏾‍♂️ Some days it’s dead quiet… other days the net’s full 🌊 Keep casting, trust the timing—GOD controls the tide 🐟 ‼️

If you want your film evaluated, understand how it is actually watched. We are not looking for a 10 minute highlight tape. We are looking for traits that translate to Saturdays. • Movement and change of direction • Play strength and finish • Technique under stress • Consistency snap to snap If we can’t identify that quickly, we move on. Keep it clean. Put your best clips first. Make sure your high school coach is involved. That still matters.

Your HS staff, teachers, and mentors matter. 💰 In-Person Evaluations (Camps, Showcases, Visits) ➡️ Opportunities to be seen and verified live. 📚 Your GPA ➡️ Non-negotiable. Opens doors and keeps them open. 💡 Bottom Line: Exposure gets you noticed. Character and academics keep you recruitable
