I’m excited to be heading to Canberra later this week to, along with Georgina Long, “pass the baton” to the next Australian of the Year. What an extraordinary platform it has been for us to meet amazing Aussies with diverse attributes making Australia a better nation. For us it’s also been an incredible platform to spread sun safety messages to prevent melanoma. Just like last year, there are absolutely outstanding state winners in all categories who have contributed enormously to society and our nation!
