The Spurs fan area is in Park Ametzola. To get there, you need to go to the main train station ABANDO and take the C1 or C2 line heading to Santurtzi or Muskiz, alternatively if you're on the metro, get off at Indautxu and it's 10 min walk. Ground is 20 min walk from there.
