My confidence on a Bears’ deep & structural transformation is stronger than ever. Deeply excited about the early progress and encouraging results we are seeing at this point in time. Are we going to have bad games? Is Caleb going to make bad decisions? Will the defense look like ass sometimes? Are we going to mess up with penalties? Absolutely! Failure is part of the learning and growing journey for everybody, our new rookie star coach included. It’s to be expected. Evolution in structure, culture and accountability, combined with reps and the overcoming of challenges and hardships will drive this team forward. It won’t be this season, but I invite everyone to demonstrate all the love I know this amazing fanbase has towards its team, through patience and perspective. We can actually contribute to the Chicago Bears greatness, and that is something any fan should be proud of. We have a small fire on our hands, let’s take care of it, nurture it and protect it, so it can grow and warm our hearts again, just like 1985.
