@Thegadd25 @Benberman15 Yep. That’s right so unless they filed a INR claim during those initial 30 days, they’re SOL. They could always try to chargeback via their CC company but idk how often that happens or if it’ll be successful.

If someone sends me a message on a card thy purchased 4 months ago claiming it wasn’t received, how do you guys handle that?

@Benberman15 Shown delivered? Regardless, it’s outside the money bacl guaranteed window. So even if it didn’t show “delivered” you should be good with ebay. I would just send back a message saying you can’t do anything after 4 months, can’t file a claim with eBay nor USPS 🤷🏽‍♂️
