Hey @Delta I’d like to thank you for causing me to not see my mom who was airlifted to the hospital after an accident. Now because your 5 hour delay, mechanical failure plane 1 and computer failures on plane 2, you’re refusing to reimburse me over $500 in hotel and car rental expenses. The reason being “We only provide reimbursements for the city you were stuck in. So since your hotel and car rental was in STL, we aren’t responsible” So because you forced me to stay in Detroit, you forced me to lose my reservations, you caused me to not see my mother in the hospital, you caused me to miss everything… you wanna offer me a $50 voucher? What is wrong with you people? How can you possibly treat someone this way and have 0 regard for what they’ve been through? And then to battle me on funds I didn’t plan to spend in the first place….. then leave me with a big FU? “Oh, it’s our fault you didn’t make it, but tough shit, here’s a coupon” Twitter folks, she’s home and ok all things considered….. just needed to post here because I’m out of options. Any RT appreciated….. just at a loss on how to get attention at this point.
