(11/11/25) They’ve been violating parents’ due process rights by removing kids into foster care on emergency orders before any hearing where parents could defend themselves and prove they are fit. These agencies misused labels like neglect or abuse to justify many of those removals. This decision could lead to stronger protections for parental rights, reforms across the country, and more accountability in family courts. It’s long overdue. Children belong with their parents, not in an overreaching system. More proof that CPS has never had children’s best interests at heart. Close down the whole system. It’s completely disgusting.
