Emergency 🚨 Guys please help me, I lost over $14,000 in #OCTAFX Their system error in app costed me my whole portfolio, I am contacting them since more than 2 months but no Support. Even indian government, ED & News also covered , OCTA FX “MANIPULATED Trade activities, resulting loss for Traders. I opened a short position on BNB/usdt with a stoploss, but their system didn’t closed it and i had to close it manually, with almost 80% of my portfolio loss! 🚨 Without even checking, they said like it was sudden movement, But i proved it wasn’t! 🚨 then they said market was closed at 4:38 am, so you can’t close position, I proved it was CRYPTO trade, which is open 24/7! * later they said, there was no error in OctaFX & send us proof if you faced any. * When i sent them screenshots, clearly saying “System Errors from octafx, contact customer support.” They said, it’s not showing in our log. * later asking for Illogical proofs, like send us Stoploss screenshots etc, i guess no trader or atleast not me, takes any screenshots from open positions, and specifically not the same trade because I’m bot a god who knows I’ll need to send them! * Now they saying without any proof, we can’t compensate you! I Have sent them proofs already, Sent them time stamps from my iPhone, Offered they can take my iPhone and watch it on their own if they still not believe my screenshots! God knows, what proofs they need from me, instead of helping me! They claim 24x7 customer support, but its been 70 days! Please help me, tag @OctaWorldwide @Octa_India and maybe they listen ! I’m just frustrated, anxious & depressed after this! Please HELP 🙏
