@gardnerakayla @POTUS was a stupid question. powell spent 3b of our money on 1 building renovation. Ballroom money is irrelevant, since it's not our money. Reflecting pool is a drop in the bucket and needed to be done asap and will be beautiful for 250. I'd leave this off your "best of" reel.

@ThrillaRilla369 Stationed in the Philippines with cartons of name brands at $5 and generics at $2.20 a carton. So 50¢ and 22¢ per pack. Basics had a $1 off coupon on them for awhile making them $1.20 per carton. Since it was on base, no tax.
