@Olives_are_me @CodeByNZ It used to be like that. When I was at the company, they had an algorithm that would keep an inventory count and suggest order quantities. Managers could then adjust quantities based on projected need.
English

@CodeByNZ Okay but this is something Ai should be doing on the back end. Like counting how many items you made and you would compare it to your counts you have on hand. Ai would be a great tool to use for inventory counting. People don't understand that a tool can't do a full job
English

First major defeat to Ai in job sector.

My kid's school asked me to donate supplies.
Paper. Pencils. Hand sanitizer. Tissues.
I pay property taxes.
My state has a $4 billion surplus.
The federal education budget is $238 billion.
And the teacher is buying pencils out of her own paycheck.
And I'm sending in Ziploc bags.
We fund stadiums for billionaires with public money.
We fund schools with bake sales.
And then blame teachers when test scores drop.

There was a 40 year period in history when samurai, pirates, and cowboys all technically existed at the same time.

Jeff Bezos capped his salary at $82,000. Not because he's modest or because he wanted what's best for society and his company but because salaries are taxed.
Instead, he borrows against his $230 BILLION stock to fund his lifestyle UNTAXED No paycheck = no income tax.
The he jumps on TV and said he pays his fair share of taxes. They think we're stupid.

BREAKING: Iran directly rejects Trump's claim that Hormuz "will be opened" as part of a "largely negotiated" agreement he just posted on Truth Social, saying Trump's claim is "far from the truth" and that Hormuz "will remain under Iranian management" with Iran retaining exclusive permanent authority over route, timing, method, and permits, per Fars.
Iran also confirms the nuclear file has not been discussed and that American officials themselves have told Iran in multiple messages that "Trump's tweets are primarily for domestic American propaganda and media consumption" and "should be disregarded." The "largely negotiated" deal claim therefore has no basis.

Hot take but we literally tried to warn you that this is what happens when abortion access isn’t accessible.

This newborn baby was found in a dumpster in Houston, Texas. "The child appeared to be fresh out of the womb, with his hair wet, his skin pruned and his umbilical cord still attached." Thankfully, he survived

@dandinohill Because of the expansion of democracy within our constitutional republic. Tyranny is the son of democracy.
English

@ImBreckWorsham Hmmm… I haven’t received any letter like this and I am retired.
English

So apparently our military vets are receiving letters from the Pentagon warning them that if they speak out against Trump or Israel online they risk losing their benefits.
Bold move to piss off millions of men that you taught to kill with an AR-15 and desensitize to murder under the guise of protecting the Constitution and strip of their own constitutional rights.

@EricLDaugh Prices are still too high. Young people know better than to buy at artificially inflated prices. I would pay 7% for a house that’s half the price of its going listing today. Warsh won’t cut rates either. Doesn’t make sense.
English

🚨 JUST IN: President Trump says Kevin Warsh will PLUMMET Fed interest rates, which will help Americans afford houses
"I had a ROTTEN head of the Fed. Now I have a great head of the Fed. Kevin Warsh!"
"Housing is all about interest rates. I know more about housing than anybody in history. No president. And they can pass all the bills they want. It's about interest rates."
"You get the interest rates down. Everybody's going to be very, very happy. We're going to get it down very quickly."

It’s not the mortgage rates that are keeping young people from buying homes, it’s the artificially inflated values that sellers think they can still get.
First time home buyers are saying no.
Until home values come down 30-50% there will continue to be an affordability problem.

Home prices are now 5x annual income. This is the problem.
