Beta male … if someone’s extra bag is in my overhead bin I will put it on the floor in the aisle and put my bag in the bin. Zero way my bag is not going over my head when I paid for that first class seat. Here let me show you how it’s done when you’re not a pussy. Step one identify the spare bag Step two throw it on the floor Step three put your bag in its place Step four sit back in your seat like nothing just happened “Who’s bag is this” says the stewardess “Not mine” says the alpha male Problem Solved

Big shout out to the dummies who put more than 1 item in the over head bin I (row 2) now have to sprint back to row 8 as soon as the plane lands to grab my bag God continues to give his toughest battles to his strongest warriors

It always bothered me that normies treat "ASIAN" as one single racial category. There are at least six different types of asians, broadly speaking, and they are all different races. In fact it would make sense to differentiate it into more than six categories but six is a good start. I would say Tibetans and related peoples could be their own separate category of Asians (Mountain Asians?) Another thing that always bothered me is that in the english speaking world we call the place that jews, arabs, syrians, etc. are from "The Middle-East" or "The Near-East" which is ridiculous, we should call that region "WEST ASIA" which hammers in the fact that this region is well and truly ASIAN, specifically the part of Asia that is nearest to THE WEST so it is WESTERN ASIA. It's ridiculous that we use this term "The Middle East" and then without skipping a beat we will refer to tajikistan, etc. as "Central Asia" - it's like, well asia is The East, so wouldn't "The Middle East" refer to Central asia since central is middle??? ffs

A photographer once walked around New York taking pictures of strangers on their phones… then edited the phones out. The result? Rows of people on the subway, in cafes, everywhere — all staring blankly down at their empty hands. Chris Williamson showed it to Joe Rogan, and the absurdity hits instantly. It looks completely unhinged. That photo series started around 2012–2015, right as smartphones and social media exploded. What began as a fun new tool quietly turned into something we can’t put down. As Rogan noted, it went from “why would I be on Twitter?” to influencers building entire careers around it, and the rest of us getting pulled along. We traded presence for endless distraction — and many of us didn’t even notice the swap. Those empty-hand photos reveal how normalized something strange has become. We’re not just using technology; it’s reshaping how we exist in public spaces and with ourselves. Personally, seeing that edit always makes me pause. It’s a small reminder to look up more often — the world is still happening around us. When’s the last time you caught yourself (or someone else) staring at your hand like that in public?

Every racist/sexist knew this story was bullshit from the start 1. Women don’t refer to their breasts as “cannons” 2. White Americans don’t refer to Indians as “Asian” 3. Racists have never heard of the slur “fish head” for Indian women, and as proof, we’ve spent the last day incorrectly applying it to Japanese and Chinese women 4. Racists don’t say “brown boy” Only a “conservative” would ignore or not see all these obvious signs of an Indian scammer
Buck Sexton@BuckSexton

All it took was this guy's photo for everyone to go from "wow this is a spicy story" to "ok this is total bullshit"

I'm a full-blown outsider to the world of the South, but it does seem to me that whatever the South's best qualities are -- Louisiana does them the best. I can't think of what one would find in another Southern state that could really be better than Louisiana. You know, you go to Georgia and it feels 'stuffier'. You ride around Alabama and people are pretty leery. The Carolinas just feel like Southern New Jersey but hotter; a lot of Mississippi is just sad. But Louisiana? Best state in the South by far, as far as I could ever tell. Realest people. Fewest plasticky subdivisions. Best food. Cajun culture. Friendliest folks (in my own experience). I'm very glad I do not live there but when I go there, I am happy to visit and am sad to leave it. Thus far I have not been able to say the same of any other Southern state (unless you count Texas). No disrespect to the rest of the Southern states. I've just got to say though that from where I stand, Louisiana is the "GOAT" of the South.

@sporadica If Mars were divided among the first 1M settlers, each person would get roughly 144.8 km² (35,781 acres). That’s a personal estate the size of Staten Island for every single settler.

trying to genuinely understand this bc this feels...impossible in his lifetime? $7.5T is crazy, but okay, doable. but 1 MILLION people on Mars?? Yea I believe we will get there eventually, but Elon is 54yrs old Either he thinks he's gonna live to 200 or we'll do this in ~30yrs?

Within the current order there is nothing you can do about the hyper sexualization of White women, the prevalence of hypergamy, below replacement fertility rates, and countless young men never finding wives ---------- because this reality is the predictable outcome of the two logics that dominate the Western world: the logic of liberal feminist emancipation, and the logic of optimization in the age of (post-Fordist) limbic capitalism. These logics prioritize what is economically and ideologically efficient in the current regime; and turning attractive white young women into sexual commodities is both highly optimizing for the limbic economy and a continuation of the emancipation of women. (1) Liberal feminism provides the ideological "empowerment", while (2) limbic capitalism provides the profit-incentivizing infrastructure. Limbic capitalism, as I indicate in my pinned article, refers to businesses that deliberately target the brain's limbic system responsible for pleasure, craving, and quick emotional reactions. (1) The dominant narrative of "my body, my choice" celebrates women monetizing their sexuality as a form of liberation from marriage, motherhood, monogamy. This sexualization further intensifies the logic of feminism: hypergamy has been amplified by dating apps, and has encouraged women to further delay marriage, avoid children, AND treat their youth as their prime asset rather than as a means to attract a husband to create a family. (2) Platforms where women showcase their sexuality are paradigmatic cases of limbic capitalism: they engineer constant dopamine hits through sexual attention, rewards, and "parasocial relationships" (one sided relationships where viewers feel familiarity, closeness, or emotional connection toward online figures). Limbic capitalism fully understands that one of the most efficient ways to extract enormous value is from White female sexuality in a globe were billions of men online desperately crave it.
