💎[A Grievous Affliction and a Consuming Disease Afflicting Some Students of knowledge.] Ibn Taymiyyah -رحمه الله- said: “Many students of knowledge aim for nothing but status or wealth through their studies; and every person receives according to what he intends. But as for the people of true learning and faith—those worthy of it—knowledge is sought by them because of the benefit it brings them, and their deep need for it in this world and the next. Thus you find those who genuinely benefit from knowledge, purifying their souls through it. They seek, in their pursuit of it, to follow the truth rather than their own whims. They tread the path of fairness and equity; they love knowledge, they take delight in it, they love to see it multiplied and to see its people multiplied. Their aspirations surge toward acting upon knowledge and embodying its demands and implications. This stands in stark contrast to those who have never tasted its sweetness, whose only aim is money or leadership.” 📚Minhāj al-Sunnah 8/209-210

Sheikh Mustafa Mabram -hafidhahullaah- wrote: “The continued presence of the people of knowledge in the ummah is a safety valve for it, and people will remain in a good state so long as they recognize the status of their scholars. It was narrated from ʿAbdullah ibn ʿAmr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet ﷺ said: “Indeed, Allah does not remove knowledge by snatching it away from people, but He takes away knowledge by taking away the scholars. Until when He leaves no scholar, the people will take ignorant ones as leaders. They are asked, and they give fatwa without knowledge; thus they go astray and lead others astray.” Agreed upon by al-Bukhari and Muslim. Goodness will remain in the ummah as long as there is a scholar among them. And among the loftiest principles in dealing with the people of knowledge is knowing their ranks in knowledge. Among the scholars who are known to the ummah, and whom those before them testified to for their knowledge and that they should be returned to, are: - Shaykh al-Fawzaan - Shaykh al-ʿAbbaad - Shaykh Muhammad ibn Hasan Aal al-Shaykh - Shaykh ʿAbdullah al-Bukhaari. When the Scholars and People of Virtue are Reviled by the Ignorant

Imam Muqbil al-Wādi’ī (رحمه الله) said: “Those who attack the scholars, their call will eventually cease, while the scholars remain.” [Questions from Morocco] A warning to us all. He said: “Returning to the scholars is a path of salvation.” Sincere advice and direction.

Shaykh Al-‘Allamah Muhammad Aman Al-Jāmī: “Focus on learning, and leave off political affairs, as you do not comprehend them.”

First, they tried to preoccupy people excessively with coronavirus vaccines. Now, through their new collaborations, they have begun distracting the general masses with politics. Thirdly, they are driving people away from the grounded scholars. Had they only left scientific matters between the scientists, politics to the politicians, and nawāzil (contemporary issues) to the scholars, they would have made things easier for themselves and for the people. Beware of these journalist-like writings, for they will drag you down into their conspiracies. Wallāhi, you have lied. Our Sheikh ʿAbdullāh al-Bukhārī was not raised or promoted by Sheikh ʿArafāt or others. He was elevated by Allāh decades ago because of his knowledge and daʿwah, and he was praised by great scholars such as Sheikh Muḥammad Amān al-Jāmī, Sheikh Rabīʿ, and Sheikh ʿUbayd — may Allāh have mercy upon them all. Dear brothers, beware of these highway robbers who try to steal you away from the scholars and lead you to journalists. Just look at the “dawah” of those so-called mashāyikh they are now promoting so eagerly — what have they actually achieved in the academic field? Compare that to our Sheikh ʿAbdullāh and the others whom they constantly speak against. These disgraceful and disrespectful writings have evaporated the last drops of good thoughts and excuses we had for brother Abū Iyyaad. May Allāh rectify him.

DE TAKBIER Het is sunnah om vanaf almaghrib tot aan het Ied gebed de takbier hardop uit te spreken. Dit gebeurt individueel. Het is een bid'ah om het in een groep als één stem uit te spreken Allaahu akbar 2x of 3x Laa ilaaha illallaah Allaahu akbar 2x of 3x Wa lillaahil-hamd
