@Rubystone911 @KobayashiMaru86 @PacificSimGP Yeah, Horner stated recently that he’s loyal to Red Bull after being asked about the Ferrari rumours. I bet he regrets saying that now…
English

@KobayashiMaru86 @PacificSimGP @DabOf0ppo He hasn't. The wording of their press release was deliberate
English

This might actually persuade Max to stay at Red Bull...
The Race@wearetherace
🚨 Christian Horner has been released from his role as team principal and CEO. With immediate effect, he will be replaced by Laurent Mekies, with Alan Permane being promoted to team principal at Racing Bulls.
English

@KobayashiMaru86 @Rubystone911 I think this push has come from Jos and Max’s team and they’ve leveraged the Merc rumours in their favour to get Horner out.
English

@DabOf0ppo @Rubystone911 Then Max says *sike* and leaves anyway.
English

WOW!!! That’s huge.

BREAKING: Christian Horner has been sacked by Red Bull after 20 years as team principle.
English

@TheFastShow1 @DabOf0ppo morning! Had forgotten this sketch 😂

@limuzinaxd He watched the match! The man’s allowed a toilet break and to get a bit of food after watching 3.5hrs of Novak.
English

Nobody is even asking if they are both okay. Thankfully, they are.

So this happened at the Nurburgring yesterday. 😱 Who you blaming? Porsche Driver or the BMW Driver
English

Because it’s clear for anyone with a decent level of on track experience that the BMW driver was clueless and wasn’t actually attempting to let the Porsche through. The gap was tiny and the Porsche driver should have waited until the BMW had indicated and fully moved to the right.
It is always the responsibility of the overtaking car to do so safely.
English

Exactly. The BMW driver shouldn’t be anywhere near the Ring as they’re clearly not experienced enough. However, the driver of the Porsche should have read that situation way better than he did. That overtake was never the right choice in that situation given all the information in front of him.
English

@PratolindoKzP @ogsubtlemenace I’ve watched it enough times, driven the track, done enough track days and raced enough to know there was never enough of a gap to take such a huge risk.
The BMW driver didn’t know he was there and it was clear that was the case long before the corner.
English

@DabOf0ppo @ogsubtlemenace Watch the video again. There was enough space! The BMW driver's reckless maneuver ended him, even after the Porsche was half a car ahead. If BMW had kept its line, absolutely none of this would have happened.
English

@ogsubtlemenace This view suggests there wasn’t enough room. BMW driver is at fault, but the Porsche driver absolutely is too. That was no place to overtake.
English

@DabOf0ppo BMW clearly at fault! Overtaking is on the left, slower drivers on the right. Clear lack of awareness from the BMW in an area where the Porsche had more than enough room to get past.
