The first paper from my postdoc is online! We grew hundreds of cladoceran zooplankton in the lab and measured all their little traits and related those traits to the strength of density dependence

I remember visiting rural Kansas with my lab in March '17, two months after the inauguration. The farmers who my advisor used to collab with told us they were stocking up on guns for "the next civil war." @Yara_Haridy and I excused ourselves to look for wildlife after that one

Since most departments record them anyways maybe they could be made available to all when in-person seminars resume?

If you don't want to vote in person but fear the USPS won't deliver your absentee ballot, there is a third way. Request the absentee ballot, fill it out, and then google your Supervisor of Elections to find out where you can drop off the ballot. Almost every state allows dropoff

From 1920-1938, the @NAACP headquarters flew a “A Man Was Lynched Yesterday” flag every time a black man was lynched in the south. Today, a similar banner was seen over Walnut St. in Bloomington, IN. A man was almost lynched. #BlackLivesMatter
