This is a list of the Who's Who of Norm Eisen's Judicial Insurrection Corps. All signing on to a brief stating that SCOTUS rulings are meaningless to them. Paying no attention to SCOTUS direct instructions is tantamount to sedition, nothing less - because SCOTUS is the head of the Article III branch of government, from which the district judges get their power. Saying "we can do whatever the hell we want" is a giant f-u to the Constitution and to the country.

Do State and Federal judges have an obligation to try to follow Supreme Court emergency orders in good faith? 175 judges say no, endorsing the ongoing resistance by district courts to orders the Supreme Court has *already said* are binding. Odd to join such a partisan brief!

Trump is entitled to be embittered against Mueller. But Mueller was a rapidly declining elderly man who a bunch of political zealots propped up as cover for their rabid “Anti-Trump” effort to cripple his first term in office. They bear more responsibility than Mueller who only understood a fraction of what was being done in his name as his testimony revealed. Not long after that his family removed him from all public life.

Democrat messaging on this debacle basically goes like this. Dems to Republicans: “We’ve seized an elementary school and are holding the children hostage. If you want the children back, abandon the core principles of your political party.” Dems to the children’s parents and community at large: “Republicans can end this hostage situation any time they like. All they must do is meet our demands. It’s their fault the children haven’t been freed.” No one outside of the TDS afflicted is buying it.

Paul Friedman is 82 and has been on the bench since 1994. He took senior status--semi retired, decreased case load, etc--in 2009. But he refuses to step down so he, like other aged DC judges including Royce Lamberth and Colleen Kollar Kotelly, can spend their waning days on earth punishing Donald Trump and preventing him from appointing their successor to this powerful court.

Basically every major development in the Iran War has vindicated Trump’s decision to strike. 1) Overwhelming current disparity in traditional military capability = now is a good time to strike, we can destroy their capabilities with limited losses of personnel/material 2) Iran flings ballistics and drones at a nearly a dozen non-combatant neighbors = they are crazy and can’t be trusted with nukes 3) Iran opens negotiations with Witkoff with “we have enough 60% enriched material for 11 bombs and we will not give you anything at the negotiating table that you couldn’t achieve militarily” = diplomacy would not have solved the problem 4) Iran fires ballistics at Diego Garcia = they were not far from having ICBMs that could hit the Eastern Seaboard The case for hitting Iran is STRONGER than it was for ISIS!
