@UnitedStandMUFC @ChrisWheelerDM Onana will cost way more than £40m but is incredible. Would prefer Costa to Raya. DDG has been incredible (POTS so many times) but doesn't work long term in Ten Hags system. We need a keeper that's comfortable with his feet as well. Unfortunately DDG isn't that type of keeper.

In my head Run 1km in 4 minutes, pause watch recover, go again Do this 5 times & Ross Barkley 5k it sub 20 mins Reality Ran 1km as fast as possible Crawled into a ball on the side of the road Then ran back 1km as fast as fast as possible... gave up & walked back to work 😅

Lunchtime 30 mins 🌧 Rain runs are always a bit meh at first but really enjoyable once you get going 😁 Currently looking at some programmes online at for faster 5ks and hoping to find a simple to follow sub 1:30 half plan for October. Any recommendations welcome 😇 #ukrunchat
