Obviously colour theory has a big part in it to but I feel its more value in this case so Instead of letting lighting hold my work back Im going to try taking my modular environment I made last year and relighting it in a bunch of styles to try and learn something!

I tried a bunch of HDRIs but didnt find one I really liked so I dropped some cash on the ultra dynamic sky plugin Sort of going for a @simonstalenhag painting/ still wakes the deep vibe so far! Also thanks to @abdoubouam for the advice! #gamedev #Unrealengine #lighting #UE5

I learnt a long time ago that if an old book costs more than the price of pre-ordering 2 new ones, it's probably not worth it 😅 More are always coming and most become rare eventually, so I find it's best to pick up what is still available before they get pricey too

I suck at lighting! had a moment recently where a AD pointed out that this piece sticks out the most of all. They proved it by showing 4 peeps on his team my folio and asked "which would you click" all picked it 👀 I was racking my brain as to why and I think its value!
