Again, this is an incorrect assertion about the case. We're not asking for a safe district. I want more competition at state AND federal level. Republicans removed all competition with current maps.

Underlying issue with the redistricting case is that Utahns cannot generate a constitutional amendment through an initiative-like process. Only legislature can initiate a constitutional amendment. Arguing that citizens can lobby legislators to initiate is willfully ignorant.
