My NA Challenge ends today...It has been quite a journey. I have not reached my initial goal of getting rank 1 and have only made it to rank 3 (with 1776LP :) ). I am sorry to everyone in europe - we lost this battle but we will win this war. I will come back (hopefully this year). How it felt playing NA soloq? After getting past the lower elos the biggest issues were: long queue times and wintrading. I have 490hours streamed in 36 days averaging 13,5 h/day. I was isolated all this time except once where @nickich helped me move. Thank you so much again! Why I quit so close before? I have to go home to resolve a private issue which I already postponed too much for this challenge.. Biggest difference NA vs EU? NAs best players are pretty good, I would go as far to say they are as good as the best european players. But there are not a lot of them. I would say EU has about 3x the player quantity of good players that kinda understand the game well. The food in Toronto has been great to be honest, nothing I was missing. But their tap water was absolutely disgusting. (also dont ever try poutine its very bad) On a very positive note, I want to thank everyone who tuned in and supported me. The streams have been amazing and without them I would have quit a long time ago.
