@MagsPowerBass @D3Vlicious @hereticmagicman @pchs0 Not really, because grapplers, usually have "one shot" with their big damage move, and they usually don't turn the entire match around. Even when a grappler wins neutral, they have to fight to keep it. When Makoto wins neutral, she wins neutral. She's designed to suffocate you.
