Not sure how it works in other countries like Canada but here in the US they set it up against you. If you make 300k then lose it then play same stock again you still owe $$

@Dakippa @stocksandreales No he’s not… he gets taxed what he wants to take home above the 1k. If me made 300k and lost it the next day he doesn’t pay taxes on it

@sjtrades22 @stocksandreales If he makes another 100k he will owe 125k in taxes with 200k in his account. if he happens to go and lose that 200k he still owes government 125k so he's fd. You see how it works. If he keeps losing big once every 10 days he's Fd

@sjtrades22 @stocksandreales Let's say he makes 300k. That's atleast 75k in taxes right there. Then he loses 300k. He still owes 75k. Then he makes another 100k that's another 25k in taxes.. so 75k plus 25k is 100k he is at break even.
