I started logging calls and sending demand letters for TCPA violations (I have been on the DNC list for 14 years). First time I did this, the company paid me $1500 and this year another company's legal counsel "called my bluff" so I filed suit, settling weeks later for $7500. Many are hard to track down, using virtual mailboxes and registered agents, etc - but there are ways to find them. These dirtbags must pay.

Typical Reviling Wife behavior. Is intent on burning down the marriage. The "counselor" (aka the "destroyer") gives her permission to burn down the marriage - hands her a flame thrower. She actually does burn down the marriage. And then she is mad when the man won't "fight for the marriage." You can't make this 💩 up with these wicked women.

The average 18-29 year old woman is repulsive: borderline obese (165 lbs, BMI 29) with a 56% risk of being tattooed. 30-39 are the same but fatter. The only silver lining is that these rancid traits negatively correlate with being heterosexual, wealthy, intelligent / educated.

In the 1970s, David Premack wondered if a chimpanzee could be taught to ask a question. He taught Sarah 130 plastic word-tokens. She answered his questions easily. After years of work, she had never asked one of her own. Sixty years later, no signing ape has. A four-year-old human asks about 25 questions an hour. Paul Harris at Harvard counted them: kids ask their parents around 40,000 questions between ages two and five. Premack even worked out a method for teaching an ape to ask. Hide a snack the chimp expects. Wait for her to sign "where is it." He never bothered running it on Sarah. She spent her sessions answering his questions, never asking her own. A normal kid, he pointed out, asks "what that? who making noise? when Daddy come home?" on a loop. Washoe the chimpanzee, the first one taught American Sign Language, knew 250 signs. She could request food. She could sign her name. She once saw a swan and called it "water bird," a sharp invention for an animal she had no sign for. She never asked what the swan was, or where it came from, or anything else. Koko the gorilla knew about 1,000 signs. Kanzi the bonobo understands more than 3,000 spoken English words. Nim Chimpsky, Herbert Terrace's chimp at Columbia (named to mock the linguist Noam Chomsky), strung 125 signs into more than 20,000 combinations. His longest stretch was "give orange me give eat orange me eat orange give me eat orange give me you." He never asked a thing. Joseph Jordania, a researcher in Melbourne, thinks this is the line between us and them. To ask a question, you first have to know that the person across from you knows something you don't. Apes do not seem to get to that step, even after a lifetime of being talked at by humans. Human kids cross that line around their fourth birthday. Apes never do.
Ezzy@ezzyskii

Scientists have been communicating with apes via sign language since the 1960s; apes have never asked one question.

Why would anyone on an ostensibly temporary visa be allowed to get a mortgage at all, let alone a taxpayer-subsidized one?
Robert Sterling@RobertMSterling

During the Biden administration, H-1B visa holders were buying houses with 97-100% financing. 97% would come from the FHA, with the rest coming from state first-time home buyer programs. Zero money down. Thanks to programs that were supposed to be helping low-income American families buy their own homes. FHA loans to non-permanent residents quickly grew to represent 6% of mortgage issuances. The percentage was undoubtedly higher in places like the DFW area, where H-1B visa holders are disproportionately concentrated. I don’t have anything against people in America on H-1B visas. I’ve said it before—and I’ll say it again—that I’ve found many of them to be great people on an individual level, and I wish them all nothing but the best. Individual immigrants—especially those here legally—are not at fault for flawed US immigration policy. But this might be the most radicalizing thing I’ve ever seen. Not only are American workers forced to compete for jobs, they’re also forced to compete in the housing market against people bringing 0-3% of a house’s cost to the closing table, versus the 10-20% most people have to pay. First, companies import mass numbers of H-1B visa holders, largely in "back office" white-collar fields like IT and accounting. This essentially imposes a lower ceiling on domestic wages in these job categories. Next, these workers—who are generally concentrated in certain geographic areas—create more demand for housing (especially in good school districts), driving up home prices and the cost of living. Then, to top it off, they don’t even have to save up money for a down payment. They can close on a $500k house with $0-15k plus a 97% FHA loan. Meanwhile, ordinary American families are forced to come to with $50-100k for the same down payment. I don’t care how you feel about Trump or what your preferred immigration policies are; there’s no defending this. It screws over hard-working American citizens several different ways over, and it’s yet another reason why I will always be glad Trump won and Kamala Harris lost in 2024.

You tend to see dowry in cultures in which the value of male labor is high, and suitable grooms are scarce. Having to pay down a woman's debt is effectively bride price, which arises when female labor is valuable (precisely the condition created by affirmative action girlbossery, with women now tending to out-earn men) and/or when there is a scarcity of suitable brides (precisely the condition created by feminism rendering an entire generation of women unmarriageable). There's also a correlation between bride price and polygyny, which, Tinder.
Marty@Son_of_Mars_III

Kinda crazy that the norm used to be you get a dowry when you marry a woman, and now the norm is you just get massive debt.

This one hits different. 💔 “My name’s Rob. I’m 51. My wife died in January from a drug overdose.” He drags these 3 heavy couches to the curb alone — the ones that “sucked her in and drained our entire life.” Then this big man looks at the camera and says: “I always bitch about how tall and big I am… but today it feels really fucking good.” Grief fighting back, one couch at a time. Just a widower, alone, finally putting the wreckage of addiction where it belongs — on the curb.

On April 4th, a likely mentally-ill African man was behaving erratically in a Market Basket parking lot. I exchanged words with him, encouraging him to leave both the parking lot and the beautiful state of New Hampshire entirely. For this, I was arrested. Neither of us came within physical reach of one another, and I expect the matter to be dropped by the city of Manchester. Additionally, I am exploring legal action against the city. This incident is yet another example of how our government treats mentally-ill and dangerous African men as saints, and how the police prevent decent men from maintaining order in American cities and towns. The footage of my arrest is below. As someone who loves New Hampshire and attempts to make our state look good, it embarrasses me that our police our this incompetent.

Doctors put 47 little kids inside a brain scanner. The ones using screens more had visibly thinner wiring in the parts of the brain that handle talking, reading, and self-control. They were three to five years old. That study came out in 2019, from Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. It was the first MRI evidence linking screens to physical changes in young brains. An NIH-funded study has been tracking nearly 12,000 American kids since they were nine years old. The ones using screens a lot have brain tissue that thins earlier than it should. They also score lower on general knowledge tests, the kind a child picks up just by paying attention to the world. Researchers in Bangkok studied 166 toddlers in 2008. The ones who started watching TV before their first birthday and watched more than two hours a day were about six times more likely to be late to talk. A Japanese team followed 7,097 babies and published the same result in JAMA Pediatrics in 2023. Communication and problem-solving delays at ages two and four. The reason this happens is dopamine. Anna Lembke, who runs the addiction clinic at Stanford, has been saying this for years. A bright, fast-moving screen lights up the same reward pathway in the brain as cocaine or gambling does. A small child’s brain, still being built, gets used to the dopamine hit and then needs more to feel normal. Lembke calls this a chronic dopamine deficit. The brain has burned through its reward chemicals and runs on empty. From outside, that looks like a kid who’s anxious, snaps over nothing, and can’t wait for anything. In 2024, a JAMA Pediatrics study caught the trap closing. A team at the Université de Sherbrooke followed 315 toddlers for three years. The kids using the tablet most at three and a half were the angriest at four and a half. Then the angry ones got handed the tablet even more often at five and a half. The screen does the calming work the child’s brain was supposed to learn to do. So the brain never learns. The meltdowns come faster, and the tablet comes out faster every time. Eyes are taking damage too. European 20-year-olds with myopia, the medical word for nearsightedness, jumped from 13.9% in the 1960s to 47.2% now. In parts of East Asia, 80 to 90% of high schoolers are nearsighted. The cause is staring at something close up for hours without enough sunlight, which is exactly what a tablet at arm’s length is. The American Academy of Pediatrics still says no screen time before 18 months, except video chats with family. One hour a day max, ages two to five. The window when a child’s brain is most able to be shaped is also the window when the damage piles up fastest.

Everything that makes us sound and attractive men in practice is condemned in theory by modern men, and especially clergy. I hear the following quite frequently. “Rook, I don’t know what it is, but there is something right about you.” Yet, the same people who offer such praise would condemn me, fire me, and excommunicate me if I explained the theoretical foundations of my actions.

Everyone getting mad at me for not leaping to Chud the Builder's defense is a moron who doesn't understand the is-ought distinction. Let me walk you through this using baby language. Chud will be charged with attempted voluntary manslaughter under Tennessee § 39-13-211. This is a class C felony punishable with 3-15 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. He WILL be charged. No DA wants to establish the precedent that IRL streamers can cause public disturbances, shoot people, and walk. Even if the DA is sympathetic to Chud, he will be under immense public pressure to charge him. There is a very good chance the case never goes to trial. The vast majority of criminal cases end in plea deals, not jury trials. If there is even a whiff of a chance Chud could be acquitted by a jury, the DA will amp up the pressure to make him accept a plea deal. DAs love plea deals because they allow them to goose conviction rates and because jury trials are expensive and time-consuming. There are any number of means by which the DA can twist Chud's arm into accepting a shitty plea deal. The most obvious one is throwing him in county lockup and waiting out the clock until the day before the right to a speedy trial expires. DAs do this FREQUENTLY; a friend of mine who shot a black guy in self-defense was held in jail for YEARS because he refused to plea out and insisted on going to trial. Does Chud have the wherewithal to stick it out in jail for that long? He will either be sharing a cell block with black criminals who will be beating the shit out of "the n-word cracka" every day or he will be put in solitary for his own safety. Solitary confinement is so damaging to inmates that it shows up on brain scans. Chud is very unlikely to get bail because based on his antics as a streamer, the nature of his offense, public pressure, and his prior arrest history, the judge will deem him a flight risk and a threat to public order. If he does get bail, it will be insanely high (bail for class C felonies can be set as high as $250,000) and he will be barred from leaving the state. If he goes back to streaming like he normally does, it will almost certainly end in another incident that sends him right back to jail. Let's assume Chud goes to trial. The pressure to convict will be high. I can foresee the prosecutor arguing that Chud shouting the n-word at black people constitutes "fighting words" (a doctrine in both Tennessee and federal law, see Chaplinsky v. New Hampshire) and thus the black guy who attacked him should be let off. His history as an IRL streamer who intentionally creates public scenes will be used by the prosecution. His defense team will surely argue self-defense, which they should, but can that overcome the public pressure to convict a racist anti-Semitic groyper who makes videos harassing black people? He's in a terrible situation. And for anyone comparing Chud to Kyle Rittenhouse, you're wrong for these reasons: 1) Rittenhouse was not seeking conflict. Chud's entire career is about starting shit. 2) Rittenhouse was inherently sympathetic as a clean-cut white kid. Chud is a racist anti-Semitic groyper with a chomostache. 3) Rittenhouse's "victims" were white. Chud shot a black guy. Should Chud be found guilty at trial, his past history of arrests and disruptive behavior will likely result in the judge giving him a harsh sentence. There will also be, again, immense public pressure to throw the book at him. If you come at me with something like "oh you think it's OKAY for black people to assault white people", you missed the point entirely and are too retarded for this discussion. Chud might be justified in defending himself. He might not deserve to go to prison. But as Clint Eastwood said, deserve's got nothing to do with it. The justice system has every incentive to bring the hammer down on him, which is why he's a retard for putting himself in this situation.
Matt Forney@mattforney

Chud the Builder will now be charged with manslaughter, a class C felony under Tennessee state law. His fate is in the hands of the DA. It's a Republican area, so he might walk. Or the DA might decide to make an example out of him. Either way, he's a fucking retard.
