#WATCH | दिल्ली: राज्यसभा सांसद संदीप पाठक ने कहा, "कल से एक खबर चल रही है कि मेरे खिलाफ पंजाब में 2 FIR दर्ज किए गए हैं। मुझे अब तक इन FIR के बारे में कोई औपचारिक या अनौपचारिक सूचना नहीं है... संभव है कि सरकारी तंत्र का दुरुपयोग करके अगर कोई FIR हुआ है तो उसके ऊपर मैं प्रतिक्रिया FIR देखने के बाद ही कर पाऊंगा। जितने भी लोग मुझे जानते हैं, जितने भी लोगों ने मेरे साथ काम किया है, उन सबको ये भली-भांति पता है कि मैं नीति व धर्म से चलने वाला व्यक्ति हूं। आम आदमी पार्टी में मैंने जब तक काम किया, नीति और धर्म पर ही काम किया। आज मैं भाजपा में हूं और मैं नीति और धर्म पर रहकर ही काम करूंगा। राजनीति में मेरे लिए सफलता और असफलता मायने नहीं रखती है। मुझे ये सुनिश्चित करना है कि मैं भले ही असफल हो जाऊं लेकिन अपने राजनीतिक धर्म को न तोड़ूं... आम आदमी पार्टी को मैंने व्यक्तिगत कारणों से नहीं छोड़ा है। ऐसा मैंने सैद्धांतिक और कार्यशैली में बहुत समय से चले आ रहे अंतर के कारण ऐसा किया। हमारा और उनका रास्ता अब अलग है। राजनीति में आना एक कठिन निर्णय है और इसीलिए लोग राजनीति में नहीं आते हैं। पर अब आ गए हैं तो मुझे विश्वास है कि मेरे जैसे साधारण व्यक्ति का ईश्वर साथ देगा।"

Politics never fails to surprise. The 190 crore rs worth of agendas that were passed within minutes had the backing of Congress councillors too.
