I really enjoy talking about general human feelings and behavior. it’s fascinating how much we can learn about ourselves and each other through open conversations. It’s unfortunate that people often shy away from these topics, as if emotions are something to hide or ignore. In reality, talking about our feelings can lighten our mood, relieve stress, and help us connect on a deeper level. Sharing emotions isn’t a weakness; it’s a way to heal and understand ourselves better.

Single men who go to the gym, how do you control your sexual urges, because going to the gym makes you horny 24/7. How do you survive?

Deal of the day: You get $200 everyday. But you must read a book in any field for a minimum of 2 hours everyday. Are you taking the deal or not?

Congratulations! 🎉🙌 Mashallah, that’s a solid semester with 5 A’s and 2 B’s is something to be really proud of! Taking your CGPA from 4.49 to 4.51 shows steady progress and consistency, even if it wasn’t the perfect jump you hoped for. The fact that you’re still pushing forward with gratitude (Alhamdulillah) says everything about your character. You’ve got one final semester left and this is your moment to go all in. Use everything you’ve learned from this semester to finish strong and push that CGPA even higher. Your goal of earning a scholarship to study abroad is 100% within reach, especially with this kind of determination and track record. Keep documenting the journey; one day you’ll look back at these updates and smile at how far you’ve come. You’re doing great. Stay focused, keep the faith, and give that last semester everything you’ve got. I’m rooting for you all the way, future scholar in the making! 🚀❤️ You’ve got this! 💪

My last semester results came out yesterday. Not what I hoped for, but ALHAMDULILAH 5 A’s & 2 B’s and my CGPA moved from 4.49 to 4.51. I still have one more semester to push it even higher. I’m just putting this out here to keep track of my academic journey, & coz I’m serious about my goal of studying abroad scholarships one day🙏❤️

Being “ addicted” to masturbation means you have a lot of free time on your hands. You’re just doing what people do when they have nothing else to do—exploring sexual pleasures. You don’t have a masturbation problem, you have a lack of purpose problem. Do hard things. Create something. If you have things that fill your mind, you will naturally forget to masturbate. Sidenote - rubbing one off before bed a couple nights a week does not make you a masturbation addict, just like having sex 3-5 times a week does not make you a sex addict , and eating 3 times a day does not mean you’re addicted to food. Being horny is a natural and healthy physical state and in the lack of a suitable mate it’s okay to help yourself how you see fit. It’s always more fulfilling to explore sexual pleasure with a partner but it is better to self pleasure than engage with an unsuitable mate. The rules are made up. Free yourself.

One of the biggest financial mistakes you can make is to lock away your money on any platform. Instead, put your money into: ETFs REITs stocks index funds money market funds The interest you earn from locking your money is nothing compared to the gains they make from investing it. So why not just invest it yourself.

here’s where most people get it wrong: having abs ≠ low belly fat. you can build strong abs underneath fat. think of it like wearing a hoodie over a six-pack. the abs are there… you just can’t see them clearly yet. so how do you actually lose belly fat?

Don’t get it twisted, the primary reason I’m this ripped is cause I starve a lot. Coupled with years of a fuckton of heavy lifting and a very physical lifestyle, this is literally the only way I could look rn.
