Domestic workers are excluded from the most significant federal employment and labor protections. As a result, too many employers force long hours on domestic workers which has been associated with poor mental health status. #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth

Without being protected by significant federal employment and labor protection, too many employers confiscate #domesticworkers identity documents and restrict private communication. These abuses increase the risk for #depression and #anxiety. #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth
