That one of the great tragedies of life is the paradox of wisdom and age. As you become wiser about life and the world, you have less time to apply it yourself. So you try to pass it down, but some things just can't be heard in youth. It only comes through the experience of living. And then the cycle repeats: you remember that someone tried to give you some gems and you didn't listen, so you try to do the same. It's a somewhat cruel time loop of sorts, and I ponder over the design sometimes.

I condemn in the strongest possible terms what has happened in Pennsylvania today to President Trump. Political violence is never acceptable. Ever. This kind of cowardice must be roundly condemned by all Americans. We have to be a country that can learn to disagree without turning to political violence. I am praying for President Trump’s safety and recovery. Our nation is and must be better than this.

Makes people's brains malfunction when they finally realize the key to a happy and satisfied life is a loving family, getting your daily exercise in, having 1-3 good close friends, a means to make money to support said loving family, and a hobby or 2 to enjoy in your down time.
