@ankapavlyk Ви можете завтра пройти 20к кроків, а потім забить на все від втоми. Слона треба їсти по шматкам: 1-й тиждень по кілометру чрез день, другий тиждень - по півтора і т.д.

@ankapavlyk Головне - починати з маленького і систематично рухатись. Наприклад, 3 дні через день проходите по 1 км, наступного тижня добавляєте по пів км. Головне не пропускати тренування, як би не було погано. Так вийдете на бажані 10к кроків

It is Russia that constantly violates Olympic principles, using the period of the Olympic Games to wage war. In 2008, it was the war against Georgia; in 2014 – the occupation of Crimea; in 2022 – the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. And now, in 2026, despite repeated calls for a ceasefire during the Winter Olympics, Russia shows complete disregard, increasing missile and drone strikes on our energy infrastructure and our people. 660 Ukrainian athletes and coaches have been killed by Russia since the full-scale invasion began. Hundreds of our athletes will never again be able to take part in the Olympic Games or any other international competitions. And yet, 13 Russians are currently in Italy competing at the Olympics. They compete under “neutral” flags at the Games, while in real life publicly supporting Russian aggression against Ukraine and the occupation of our territories. And they are the ones who deserve disqualification. We are proud of Vladyslav and of what he did. Having courage is worth more than any medal.

Вся родина спала вдома – 40-річна Світлана та її чоловік на мансардному поверсі. Старший син Світлани та спільна з чоловіком донька Мілана – внизу. О другій ночі у шестиповерхівку поцілив російський шахед. Це звичайний житловий комплекс в селі Білогородка, Бучанський район. Одразу здійнялася пожежа, мешканці кинулися рятуватися з будинку. Максим встиг лише відкрити двері – його з сестрою на вулицю забрали сусіди. Дівчинка була у шокову стані, на місце одразу приїхав батько її старшого брата, він супроводжував обох до лікарні. На щастя, фізично Мілана та Максим не постраждали і госпіталізація не знадобилася. Також гостра реакція на стрес в їхньої сусідки, 9-річної Софії. Вигоріти повністю після влучання встигли дві квартири в цьому будинку. Але всі мешканці встигли врятуватися, за медичною допомогою ніхто не звертався. Ми всю ніч працювали на місці влучання, знайшли уламки ворожого шахеда та вже розслідуємо цей воєнний злочин. Як і сотні інших. І кожна з таких справ – це зруйновані долі, осиротілі діти, знищені родини.
