@DigibitVPN What has happened to the Android app? Won't connect to any server, on multiple devices. You've taken it out of the Google Play Store so can't reinstall it.

Is there an #ombudsman for Housing Associations that we can raise issues with? In what other industry is it ok to raise a repair request with @YourGuinness in October only to have appointments failed to attend by them and we now have to wait until Feb for the next visit attempt?

What a joke @YourGuinness, 4 days taken off work and 4 missed appointments with no contact. Have been waiting months to have work done, but your repairs team are incapable of turning up.
