@JuJuwle Right here is where Chud lost the “walking away” argument. If you’re walking, you’re not talking. If someone says “don’t say the thing or I’ll punch you” and you say the thing, that’s the definition of provoking. If what you’re saying is true, Chud is absolutely FUCKED!

Hmmm, this doesn’t look like Chud was walking away and it definitely doesn’t look like he was still being beat on after he shot the guy. Looks like he was right up in someone’s shit like he is in all his videos, and pulled the trigger instantly after the altercation started. Maybe there’s a better angle out there, but it’s interesting this is the only time he wasn’t live streaming someone “chimping out”.

@LegacyProgramVP It was premeditated. If you look at his posts the day before saying he wanted to see “chimps dead on the pavement” not to mention that he was there for no reason. He didn’t go inside but he purposely went to a courthouse with a gun. He wanted to shoot a black person and he did.
