@Cliffy073 @talkSPORT 💯. If someone offered me Villa top 5 and Europa League or England winning the World Cup it’s not even close.

@talkSPORT Palace winning the FA cup last year meant more to me than England winning the World Cup ever could

@AVFCOfficial Whatever happened in his private life, he was a great player for us. RIP
English

He is sensational. His ‘struggles’ at Liverpool have been from being a young foreign player acclimatising to a new league whilst also playing in a majorly imbalanced attack. Wirtz will end up being the main beneficiary of Salah leaving, imo.

Florian Wirtz was sensational for Germany last night. What needs to change - with Wirtz and Liverpool - for him to thrive in the Premier League? #LFC planetfootball.com/liverpool/flor…

The problem with being in a group of people that strongly believe we should have a Nice Guys sequel is that the algorithm will constantly remind you that you’re never getting one.

@FPLVillan It’s not stupid at all. These players can’t go 3 weeks without a game. Injuries can happen any time in training.
English

@LT_34 Amen to that. Considering the sheer volume of wanky sequels we’ve been served up over the last decade, it really is a crime that there’s not even been a sniff of this one. Made even more bewildering by the fact that this one couldn’t not be a success.

@DanCooper9 I know Hollywood is rife with plenty of awful sexual abuse cases and cover ups, yet I still consider this its biggest crime of the last 10 years.

As far as headlines go this is as bad as it gets. Horrifically worded and shame on the BBC.

We need CL football for a number of reasons. A big one is so this guy comes back to it. One of the best players to ever put on the shirt.

@Villafanmike Most of those went below expectation because the player wanted the move. But even so, they also aren’t fighting PSR restrictions like we are and they certainly aren’t under the SCR scrutiny we are, obviously. That makes it easier for those teams to be more stubborn with sales.
English

@DanCooper9 Regardless of the actual fee - Brighton never just sell for the price that the press suggest.
Caicedo - Chelsea had to go up from £75m through several bids to get to £105m.
Same for Cucurella, Joao Pedro, Ben White, Alexis Macalister - point being , they hold out for top dollar
English

Any Villa fan that thinks we should accept £90m/£100m for Morgan Rogers.
Just consider this…
If he played for Brighton - they would get more than that. They would hold out for top dollar. #AVFC

If people were able to legally watch 3pm kick offs in this country at a reasonable price, the market for FireSticks would drop off significantly. Everywhere else on earth, you can watch every Premier League game for a fraction of the price UK consumers are offered.
